Food on the Edge is an international symposium on the future of food, founded in Galway in 2015. This is the first edition held outside Ireland, organised with the Malta Tourism Authority, Malta Food Agency and Heritage Malta.

It is aimed at chefs and serious food lovers and is not a casual drop-in event.
