Malta Pride runs from Friday 4 to Sunday 13 September 2026, organised by Allied Rainbow Communities. The Pride March through Valletta is on Saturday 12 September 2026, traditionally moving along Republic Street, with events across central Valletta streets and squares.
Malta consistently ranks at the top of ILGA-Europe's index for LGBTQ+ legal equality, and Pride here is a broad, family-friendly civic occasion rather than a fringe event, with floats pulled by tractors adapted to the narrow baroque streets.
The march and the main street events are free, while associated club nights and parties are separately ticketed. Expect road closures and a very busy Republic Street on the Saturday afternoon and evening; anyone with dinner reservations in the lower town should allow extra time. The march date comes from several travel sources rather than the organiser's own page, so it is worth calling ARC to confirm the march time before relying on it.
